    Excellent cleanliness throughout the hotel.

    The breakfast selection was shockingly poor for a 5-star hotel, and no effort was made to serve fresh food. The lack of an iron in the room forced me to pay for laundry services, which seemed unreasonable.

    Truly exceptional property, has amazing friendly and very flexible staff in every section. Silent and neat units with very good wifi connection.     A lovely view with a catch

    Woke up to the beauty of sea views from our terrace. The staff were attentive, and breakfast options were good. The central location made exploring Budva easy.

    We struggled with the noise from nearby clubs, especially late at night. While our room was lovely, the surrounding atmosphere can be overwhelming for light sleepers.

    This place isn't beachfront as listed, a major letdown since I specifically wanted proximity to the beach. Instead, the room faced a noisy street that buzzed until the early morning hours almost every night. The parking setup is a bit chaotic. You have to leave your keys and wait for someone to bring the car when you need it, which can be inconvenient. While the pool is a nice feature, it's smaller than expected was great, especially with a busy crowd around. The room prices feel a touch on the higher side for the facilities provided as well.

    It was just a well-suited match for a weekend stopover in Budva with all in all great value for money. The staff went out of their way to make my stay special, even bringing out a lovely cake for my birthday. Make sure to explore the local bars and restaurants nearby for a more authentic experience.

    Great location near the old town. Our room had a lovely sea view and a nice terrace. Staff were very helpful and arranged an early breakfast for us. The outdoor pool was refreshing. It was a comfortable and enjoyable stay 🌊

    The location is perfect, just a short walk to the old town and fantastic restaurants. My room was bright and clean with a lovely view from the french balcony. Vesna at reception was amazing, organizing an early breakfast for me. The wellness center was a nice touch, and the outdoor pool was refreshing.

    The location was just perfect, with the old town and beach just a couple of minutes away. The breakfast was delicious and the pool area was always clean and inviting. I'd recommend visiting the local water sports area and checking out the nightlife nearby.

    One downside was the noise from dance clubs nearby, but we managed to sleep just fine with closed windows thanks to the air conditioning.
